Destination

Pirovac is a lively place which nature has endowed placing it on the coast between the sea and the Lake Vrana. It is situated in a bay characterized by an unusual fact that the sea temperature within it is 4 degrees higher than the rest of the Adriatic Sea. Mild climate dominates over this area and provides nice warm summer and mild winters.



With its position just outside the small village of Pirovac in Šibenik region, Apartments Mara owned by family Zajc is the perfect place for your vacation. You can enjoy your summer holiday by the sea or next to the pool and for anyone traveling on vacation in the spring and fall months, a heated pool is perfect choice.

Apartments Mara offers beautiful sea view from garden, swimming pool, terraces and living areas. Garden is filled with Mediterranean vegetation and 100-year-old olive trees.

Because of its large and closed garden, the privacy for the guests is guaranteed. Every apartment has its parking spot under the shade. All apartments are equipped with cotton bed linens and towels, antiallergy mattresses, LED TV, air-conditioning, WIFI, mosquito nets and so much more all in order to enable guests “Like home” feeling. Baby beds and baby eating chair are available upon request.

Outside, in the yard, a swimming pool is surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean plants, sun beds, outdoor solar shower. In the garden there is also an open fire barbecue. The pool is equipped with water bench and lighting for night swimming.

In spring and fall months, the host is offering to their guests an option for renting entire facility for weekend or week with possibility of organizing different activities like:

- Catering services and much more.

WI-FI CONNECTION at Apartments Mara
Due to its geographical position, Apartments Mara location is not located close to any of the official internet infrastructure – large antenna and similar. In order to enable our guests best what we can, each apartment unit at Apartments Mara has its own WIFI router that guests can move around apartment as they like in order to get better signal. The strength of the signal is depending on how far the facility is in direction to the official WIFI antenna and not the router itself. Because of the distance of the antenna compared to the property the signal is not perfect. Additional antenna’s at the apartments will not increase the speed because the main municipality infrastructure is far away. Until the municipality provides better infrastructure, this is the best solution that we can offer for our guests.

More, the comfort in the rooms, furnishing, full range of equipment like TV, internet access, kitchen equipment is in the best level. From the balcony we have nice sea view. Also the beach is like we want, because is directly close of the house and beautiful garden surrounding house. Only few people we can meet on the beach, sometimes is totally empty. Die 5 geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartments liegen direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Blick auf die ganze Bucht von Pirovac. Schattige und sonnige Plätze findet man in dem zauberhaften Garten mit seinen schönen Terrassen. Und als Bootsbesitzer können wir die ausgelegten Bojen für unser Boot nutzen. Rundherum ein ruhiger Platz, um die "Seele baumeln zu lassen". Andererseits lassen sich von dort aus Touren mit dem Boot in die kornatische Inselwelt unternehmen."

Appartamenti pulitissimi e ristrutturati annualmente, la famiglia è sempre discretamente presente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, c’è un giardino verdissimo con piante e attrezzato con camino coperto esterno e tavoli a disposizione degli ospiti. Direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata curata e attrezzata, vicino a diversi luoghi di cultura, gastronomia e di divertimento. Super consigliato."
